Non-refundable policy:
Bookings made under a Non-Refundable Rate require full payment at the time of booking and are strictly non-refundable. Once confirmed, such bookings cannot be cancelled, amended, or modified. In the event of cancellation, no-show, or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be retained. Any exceptions or modifications may be considered solely at the discretion of the Hotel.

Free cancellation policy:
Plans change-we understand. You're welcome to cancel your reservation at no cost up to 3 days before your scheduled arrival. If you need to cancel within 3 days of arrival, a charge equal to the full stay will apply. Pay on arrival:
Payment will be taken directly at the hotel upon check-in.

Check in & Check out:
Your room will be ready for check-in by 15:00hrs. In the event that you arrive before the designated check-in time and your room is not yet prepared, we are pleased to offer luggage storage and access to our hotel facilities for your convenience. Check-out from your room must be completed by 11:00hrs promptly. Should you require additional time, we are happy to store your luggage and extend access to our facilities until your departure time.

Child policy:
Children aged 0–12 years sharing a room with at least one adult stay free of charge when using existing bedding. A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request. If a rollaway bed is required for either children or an adult sharing, a supplement of Eur 35 per night will apply.

Group Policy
When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Eco Contribution:
An environmental contribution is payable locally and is not included in the room rate. Until 30 June 2026: Eur0.50 per person (18 years and over) per night, capped at Eur5.00 per stay. From 1 July 2026 onwards: Eur1.50 per person (18 years and over) per night, capped at Eur22.50 per stay. This contribution is set by the Maltese authorities and applies to all accommodation providers.
